This Privacy Policy explains how Flick, operated by AS Enterprises Group LLC ("Flick", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or use the Flick mobile app (together, the "Service"). 2. Information we collect

Information you give us: if you contact support or create an optional account, we receive details such as your email address and the contents of your message.
App usage & preferences: the topics you select, channels you follow, and clips you save, so the app can show you the feed you set up. Where you have not created an account, these may be stored on your device.
Information collected automatically: standard technical data such as device type, app version, general region, and basic diagnostics used to keep the Service running and to fix problems.
Advertising & conversion data: if you arrive from an advertisement (for example, a TikTok ad), limited technical information may be processed to measure whether the campaign led to an install or visit. We use privacy-conscious, often server-side, measurement and do not place advertising cookies in your browser without consent.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

App distribution: Apple App Store and Google Play, which process installs and any in-app purchases under their own terms.
Advertising measurement: advertising platforms such as TikTok / ByteDance, for aggregate conversion measurement where applicable.
Support email: our email provider, used to receive and respond to your messages.

These providers process data under their own privacy terms and only as needed. We may also disclose information if required by law.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
